Shipping Policy



LOOKY COSMETICS INC. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website lookycosmetics.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Additional delays may occur during periods of high order volume.

2. Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our inventory.

However, in the event of an inventory error or an item being out of stock:

  • You will be charged only for the items that are shipped
  • You will be notified promptly

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are as follows:

  • $10 for all orders under $50 before taxes
  • Free shipping for all orders of $50 or more before taxes
  • Express shipping: $15

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and the amount displayed represents the final shipping cost.

Important:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a full or partial return of the order.

4. Delivery Times (Canada)

Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • The carrier
  • The destination
  • Peak periods

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to track your package.

6. Address Changes

An address change is possible only before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

7. Delivery to P.O. Boxes

We deliver to Canadian P.O. Boxes through postal services only.

Private carriers are not available for this type of address.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Refuse the package if possible
  • Or contact us promptly with photos of the package and products

Lost Package

If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us so that we can open an investigation with the carrier

A refund or replacement will be issued once the carrier has confirmed the loss.

9. Taxes

Applicable taxes (GST, QST, or HST) are calculated at checkout based on your province of residence.
