The Take It Off! Bi-Phase Makeup Remover is formulated with two distinct phases: an oil phase and a water phase, which must be mixed together just before use. These two phases are designed to effectively remove long-wear and waterproof makeup.

AQUA, ISOHEXADECANE, ISODODECANE, GLYCERIN, GLYCERETH-26, SODIUM CHLORIDE, CAPRYLYL/CAPRYL GLUCOSIDE, 1,2-HEXANEDIOL, DISODIUM EDTA, PCA ETHYL COCOYL ARGINATE, PARFUM, ARGININE, ARGANIA SPINOSA KERNEL OIL, MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA SEED OIL, CI 17200.
Directions for use

Shake the bottle vigorously to mix the two phases of the makeup remover. Pour a small amount onto a clean makeup remover pad. Gently wipe the soaked pad over the eyes.
