Looky Eyebrow Sculpting Gel has a triple-ended applicator that combs, fixes and shapes brows for impeccable, comfortable results that last all day.
Instructions for use: Apply the gel to the eyebrows, taking care to comb them upwards. Close the tube and lift the cap to use the comb and brush. Use the comb to shape the brows and the brush to secure the hairs in place for a fuller brow result and laminated.
INGREDIENTS: water, ceteareth-30, d-sorbitol, Propanediol, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, octoxyglycerin, Citric acid, potassium sorbate.
