Return & Warranty Policy – Looky Cosmetics

At Looky Cosmetics, we strive to provide a simple and transparent shopping experience.

Please review our return and warranty policy below.

1. Online Purchases

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be new, unopened, and unused
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number)

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Procedure

Before returning a product, you must:
1. Contact our customer service team at contact@lookycosmetics.com
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
3. Wait for return authorization

Important:
Any return sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We strongly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number

2. Defective or Damaged Products

Product Damaged Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

• You must contact us within 7 business days of receipt
• Provide photos of the product and packaging
• Include your order number

Defective Product

If a product has a manufacturing defect:

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt
• Upon validation, we will offer:
  o A replacement, or
  o A full refund
• Return shipping costs will be covered by Looky

3. Pharmacy Purchases

Products purchased from a partner pharmacy must be returned directly to the pharmacy where they were purchased.

Each pharmacy applies its own return and exchange policy.

Looky Cosmetics cannot process returns or refunds for these purchases.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

• Gift cards
• Promotional or clearance items

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for these products.

5. Device Warranty (Lamps, Drills, etc.)

Electrical devices (LED/UV lamps, nail drills, etc.) are covered by a: 6-Month Warranty

• Valid from the date of purchase
• Proof of purchase required
• Covers manufacturing defects only

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or improper use
• Accidental damage

After 6 months, no warranty claims will be accepted.

6. Return Inspection

All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

• The product has been used
• It is damaged
• Parts or components are missing
